Scouts squad called School ship Jadran Porecani who are active in Palilula in Nis , this year organized 30th School of scouts -Porecani on the Oblacina Lake. On this occasion president of Palilula Boban Dzunic visited with his associates the participants and organizers of this school. The delegation was received by Ratomir Petkovic, head of the Scouts association of the City of Nis and one of the founders of the units of Porecani in Nis.

In the discussion with the participants of this school, president Dzunic was introduced with the programme of this form of informal education of the young realized by the scouts. They showed the president the skills that they learned on the lake such as orientation, first help, skills of sailing with boats, food and nutrition in nature. Scouts squad Porecani School ship Jadran actively participates in all activities which in cooperation with the organizations of civil societies are being realized by Palilula Municipality. This unit of the scouts participated in the organization of City Saint Day and Palilula Night, in the Camp of the young on Bubanj, they were the part of the team of Nisava and Morava regattas. Porecani realize the complex programme of the training of the young also in the school on the Oblacina lake. It is promoted also this year to their guest scouts from England. Traditional action `Let us make our Nisava clean` that was realized in the middle of June it is a part of programme of this training and world campaign Clean up the world and promotional ecological activities of EKOpolis - Media ecologic net of Serbia. School Porecani is unique form of making young people and members of scouts organization for work on waters in the Region with rich tradition.
